Pressure Washing
Pressure Washing is a cleaning method so effective that it leaves your home or building almost as clean as the day it was built. Whatever the exterior material, Speedy's Pro Clean, cleans it quickly, and safely. Our water pressure machines range from very low or none at all to Very High Pressure of 6,000 psi. We run Hot and Cold machines depending on the type of cleaning done.
Chemical Restoration
Chemical Restoration cleaners combine acids and biodegradable detergents into a powerful cleaner for masonry, stone, concrete, and other surfaces. This cleaner penetrates, dissolves, and suspends grime for easy removal with low or high pressure blasts of water. It removes dirt, atmospheric carbons, rust, mildew, industrial pollutants, and weather discolorations from rough and smooth surfaces. These cleaners will not roughen, discolor, bleach, or otherwise deface the surface used on.
Sand Blasting
Sandblasting is the best method for cleaning certain items where a slight abrasion or etching of the surface is not objectionable or is actually desired. Sandblasting is a process that cleans by forced erosion and is highly desirable when Pressure washing or Chemical Restoration cannot do the job. The lightest blast material is used for cleaning and the heavier blast material is used for removing paint, rust, and heavy mineral deposits.
